Hello,
I've been trying to subscribe as an agency but I'm receiving the following message
"We are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period. Please come back later."
Do you know when this could be working again?

Hi Angelo,
Please wait until your billing cycle is done renewing before trying again. You can check your current billing cycle in Settings > Memberships & Connects.

Thanks for that. My current billing cycle is Feb 8, 2022 — Mar 7, 2022.
Should I wait until tomorrow for activating the subscription?

Yes, please allow 24-48 hours before you try again with updating your membership plan.
