how i get sign up as an agency ?

i need some help , i want to sign up as an agancy , so what can i do ?

i try to do this steps but when i choose create a new account .

i have two choice

Client account, freelancer account??

Thank you for the follow up, Alex,

Just to confirm that in order to be able to open an agency account you will need to have an approved freelancer profile. 
Please open a freelancer profile first and once it's accepted you will be able to follow the same steps to open your agency profile. Thank you.
