Project Catalog™—now available globally!

Over the past few months, many of you have helped us test and refine our newest Upwork offering: Project Catalog. 

Through your contributions, feedback, and support, we’re thrilled to announce that Project Catalog is now officially live for the entire Upwork community—talent and clients alike.

If you’re not familiar with Project Catalog (or just want a refresher), here’s a quick introduction:

Project Catalog is where the work you love finds you. Build and sell your own project offerings based on the type of work you want more of. Each project will be listed on Project Catalog, ready for clients to purchase for a fixed price in just a few clicks. Once a client purchases, they’ll fill out any requirements you’ve requested, and you’ll be set to get to work.

It’s an easy way to get more eyes on your offering and land new projects quickly—all while putting you in the driver’s seat. That means you and your clients can get started right away, and with confidence.

Hi. I am a member of an agency. I created several project options here https://www.upwork.com/services/my-list

I see a note that my projects cannot be purchase but there's no info if the client can find it or not. I searched myself and there are 0 of 3 approved projects in the catalog. What's the reason?

Someone know if it's possible to know the sales number from other freelancers on project catalog. Cause, I wanna know, which project catalog have more demand and maybe to know any successful case.

I think this information can be helpful to improve our own project catalog offer.

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Community with this question. I checked and see you're set as an exclusive member of your agency. Since Project Catalog is currently available for freelancers only and not agencies, it's by design that your projects are not available for purchase.

If you'd like for your projects to be visible and available for purchase, you can consider changing your status to non-exclusive, by following the steps shared in this Help article (by going to Settings > Members and Permissions > selecting Exclusive link on your agency account).

Let us know if you need further guidance or help.

If your project is approved please press "control + F" by putting your
first name and press "Enter". In this way you can find your project easily.
If still you failed to find then make sure to choose the right category.

If you don’t hear back from a client within 48 hours of them buying your project, the money they placed in escrow will be returned to them and the contract will be canceled. Does this cancellation impact on our Job Success Score.

Since this is a new model, you can cancel a contract within 24 hours of the client submitting requirements without any penalty or impact on your Job Success Score.
