Billing History

Hi,

 

I am an employer and confused with the billing history summary. The summary shows the amount my cotractors have been paid but underneath these amounts there is a much larger amount showing in brackets - I need clarification what this means

 

I would appreciate some help here?

Hi Matt,

 

The amount in brackets refers to payment which was initiated but was pending to be charged. In your case, you were invoiced for a number of payments for Hourly contracts which were added together in brackets below each new invoice before they were deducted from your financial account. You can check and will see the total you were charged for equals the amount shown in brackets below the last invoice and the total for all recent invoices.
