Chat Box Support Page, Endless Loop

I have been trying to reach support all morning. The phone number says go to the site, and the site's chat box will not allow me to message or email a representative. The chat box has an endless loop of information, same thing over and over, and it isn't resolving my issue.

The same thing is happening to me. It's an endless loop if it telling me I should contact support and then asking for more details and then telling me to contact support.
