Does a firm REALLY need to hire 99 freelancers?

Why does Upwork even have an option for firms to declare that?

How many firms really had such need for so many freelancers?

I hope the folks who read this realize that this NEVER happened nor will it ever occur.

WHY?

Big and reputable firms declare their name and have a secure payment, unlike the pretenders who, if you notice, their account opened the day they started the post.

It is slimy, it is disgusting to me and everyone should report these folks.
Especially if they opened their account that same day, have no payment verification and even here they say "you can even be in Hawaii" like that was the best place to be these last few weeks, right?

Anyhow, I believe that Upwork can scrutinize these questionable offers, especially by limiting their options, such as hiring more than 1 at a time, kind of like us gaining our reputations.

In the meantime we, the outsourcers, let's keep an eye on them, also...

I need to say,

the ones who do answer their post,

STOP it.
You only lower your own qualties, also you make it more difficult for others to do a good job considering a client's budget.

Everyone should stop under- bidding.

I hope this helped someone.

Serentiy now
