I’m deeply disappointed with Upwork’s customer support. Every time I’ve tried to reach out through their chat system, I’m met with an unhelpful AI that fails to provide accurate or relevant answers. It feels like talking to a brick wall—no human assistance, no clear solutions, and no resolution to my issues.
For a platform that charges significant fees, one would expect a reliable and responsive support system. Instead, Upwork prioritizes automation over genuine customer care, leaving users frustrated and unsupported.
This lack of proper support is unacceptable and tarnishes the overall experience of using the platform. I hope Upwork takes these concerns seriously and reconsiders their approach to customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to others.
