I can't pay my due balance with CC

Hi everyone. Hope you are doing well. 

I recently charged $ to my CC connected to billing method of my account and it has enough $ to pay for previous working hours of hired developers. 

But payment was failed and I have no idea why.

Is there someone who can help me?
