I'm a client and can't access my messages

I'm not sure when exactly this happened but it's been at least a week. When I click on messages it just goes to the "did you know" page and the circle thing just spins.

 

I also can't access my freelancers or work diary or anything!!! Please help

Sometimes it takes much time than expected to load messages and depends on internet speed also. You can wait more time to load messages or you can also try from Upwork Desktop App or Mobile App. If you are using PC you can download the Desktop App from Here or if you using mobile phone you can download the app from Here or Google Play.
