Wrong account type during the registration process.

Hello,

 

While registering I switched from "company" to "personal" profile tab before confirming. Now the company field is mandatory (I wrote "none" at the moment) and the system shows it in the upper right corner under my name.

 

Moreover, I cannot open a request (I tried twice but can get no "submit" button at the end of the process).

 

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hi Simone,

 

If you plan to hire freelancers on Upwork, you'll need a client-company and it looks like that's what you've already registered. You'll need to click on the icon in the upper right corner go to Settings and complete the My Info page. If you don't have an actual company or business name to add to the Company Details section, you can just use your name there.
