Hi there,

My name is Leanne. I have been using Upwork for a few years, and after Corona caused the shutdown of my company, I decided to freelance full-time, and I am doing very well. Yay!! However, it does get lonely as I work from home. For those who live on their own and work from home, what do you do during the week to socialize more when you don't have colleagues to talk to? Do you meet up with other freelancers at coffee shops, etc?

Hey Leanne, my wife and I have worked together from the home during the past 10 years. We usually walk about 2 hours a day and interact with neighbors and others when we are out. This keeps us healthy and outside of the house for a while. Join a club, synagogue, or start a hobby with others. Have an awesome day!
