Hello, everyone It's been more than five months since I joined Upwork.I am data entry expert . I send many proposals in a day but no one gives a single chance. Plz guide how to get job. Thank you.

 I wish I could tell you or be more helpful but since up work went to this new bidding structure everything is gone downhill. I used to get 4 to 8 proposals for a month and now I'm getting nothing and it's been months. I can only hope that the Upwork people are listening to this and realizing that by changing this for the worst they're shooting themselves in the foot because they will ultimately not get their cut of what we make.
