Caitlyn McNerney has an established track record of excellence in Trust and Safety, having spent nine years in the Trust and Safety eCommerce space. Prior to Upwork, Caitlyn ran Etsy’s Trust and Safety team for eight years. Caitlyn holds an MBA from NYU with a specialty in Change Management.
