Nadja has been working as an Upwork Coach since the beginning of 2020, and is also an Expert-Vetted Upwork freelancer. Funnily enough, her first job was on Upwork, and she has been freelancing ever since. Nadja’s expertise revolves around career coaching, recruitment, talent experience, and virtual teams. She studied international relations and holds a degree in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literature. Nadja also focused on volunteering during my high school and college years. Helping others and sharing knowledge was something she knew she wanted to dedicate her professional life to, and coaching felt like the right call.
