Rate Review & Deep Dive Workshop with Coach Dafina
Rate Review & Deep Dive Workshops are hour-long small group sessions with an Upwork coach and up to 10 peers from your work category. These sessions are designed to move beyond the strategy and theory lessons from our standard workshops and provide a personalized review for each attendee, to be analyzed and discussed during the session.

The cost of the event is $25 USD.
What To Expect:
- Personalized PDF Rate Review - Prior to this workshop, an Upwork Coach will review your recent bidding strategies and provide tailored feedback and supporting data to assist you in optimizing your competitive rate and bidding strategy. This review will be delivered to you in the form of an emailed PDF.
- Deep Dive - We strongly advise you to review the PDF data you will receive via email a few days prior to the workshop, come ready to brainstorm and discuss strategies with an Upwork Coach and your work category peers. Together, we will address any questions regarding your rate review PDF, and discuss personalized strategies and techniques to help you reach your rate and bidding goals on Upwork.
Please Note:
- If you are new to Upwork, and do not yet have at least three months of bids, then you are advised to take one of our other available workshops to gain important foundational knowledge for you to start developing a bidding history for personalized analysis at a later date.
- This workshop is intended for individual professionals. Our coaches can’t provide deep-dive rate and bidding guidance for agencies and agency members.
