4.2 Star Review Is Bad?

Today i got 4.2 Star Review. Is it good or bad? Becasue i'm worry about my JSS. it's 85%. that why i'm not getting Invites.

Its not bad at all, there is a breakdown of which areas your client feels you are weak at - work on those to improve
Also JSS is largely based on private feedback, which is hidden and not the one you see on your profile.
Your JSS score of 85% is also not the only reason you are not getting invites.
