What does it refer?
Does it mean the job has been removed or another meaning?

It isn't so clear that I can't find out if my connects will be given back...

Job no longer available means that they have hired someone or that the job has been removed.

Hi Jasur, 

I can confirm that the client has hired freelancers for the job post you are referring to. If you check on the "Activity on this job" just below the job description, you will see that the client has hired 3 freelancers. In this case, the Connects used for the job will not be returned to the freelancers.
