Recommendation:    Working hours can be moved between different contracts.

Reason: There are a lot of contracts on timer.Sometimes the possibility of choosing the wrong contract will occur, but the work time that has been calculated and cannot be moved. Just only can be deleted.
So the freelancers will lose this part of their working hours.

Purpose: Better protect the legitimate interests of freelancers.

I have had that happen before and I just messaged both clients, added manual time where necessary, deleted tracked time, and from then on tried to be a little more careful when logging time.

I think it would make me uncomfortable as a client to think that freelancers could do much editing of the work diary.
