Account rejected even though I already have a contract with a client.

I have a current contract with a client however my account keeps on getting rejected. How can this be resolved? Thanks in advance.

Was the contract set up officially on Upwork? Generally this would be as a fixed-rate job with a milestone payment funded into escrow, or as an hourly job with the tracker turned on - although this could also be  as an hourly job with the hours manually entered. Whatever the method, you should have had an official message from Upwork saying your contract with your client had started.

Probably somebody who has been hired by an agency before the profile was approved.

The client invited me to join upwork but my registration is rejected.

 Many profiles are not being approved despite having won a contract (if indeed she does have an active Upwork contract)

 

It seems some are rejected straight away, some are rejected during or after the first contract.

The client invited me to join upwork but my registration is rejected.
