I have same issue, I forgot my security questions and due to multiple attempts I think it was blocked then support did great job and reset my security question. Now when all is set and I am able to login it is shwoing account suspended.
Can anyboy help as I am unable to submit ticket as well, I am back on upwork after a long time because of some personal reasons.

I am new to Upwork. I just clicked 'Submit Application' to get my profile approved, and it came back with 'Your Account has been suspended.' I have no idea what I did wrong.
Also, my address needs to change from 4 Dell Road to 4 Dell Cottages however the area to enter the Street is greyed out so I can't correct it. Could this be why the account was suspended?
