I would like to add my own client in upwork.. is there any specific way to invite him ?

You can send a link to your profile to your client and they can sign up for an Upwork account and hire you for a contract.

I thought to benefit from Upwork's 0% fees, you had to be top rated before inviting a client?

 In fairness the OP did not ask about the 0% fee, he just asked how he could go about getting his client to Upwork.
