Added time manually but cannot see payment

I added time manually on an hourly contract, but I cannot see how I will get paid. I added the time 10 days ago, but I do not see any money on my balance. What is happening? The job allows for time to be added manually.

It's not his first job, just look at his profile, it shows 10 completed jobs and 2 in progress.

In Reports/Overview, money doesn't show up anywhere? In Review or Pending?
I assume you know that manual hours are not protected and the client may not pay for them. Have you not received an email from Upwork due to payment problems of any kind?
