Allegation of Keyboard Auto-Clicker/Manipulation by upwork?

 Hi - I received a request where Upwork wants me to explain why my keyboard activities have been higher than usual?

Have you checked the authenticity of the inquiry ? is it legitimate or suspicious ?

It's a request directly from Upwork asking me to explain why my Keyboard clicks are higher than usual. 

I use tools like Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, D5 for renderings, and those require me to keep changing screenviews by using keyboard keys, 3 keys that I use are 'W' 'D' 'H', could that be the reason? 

And even if so, then why would they just target and accuse of such activity, the last thing I would want here or do is to violate the terms of services in upwork, since it's pretty evident from my profile I am a full time freelancer trying to earn a decent income and that's it 🙂
