An arrow with cross sign appears when i try to apply for a job

I cannot apply for a job.

I cannot even accept the contract offer from the clients.

whenever i try the apply button apperas to be disabled.

I'm having the same problem with accepting an offer...the button is grayed out so I cant accept it.

Prabhat, read red warning "Action required..": you are restricted and cannot apply anywhere.

Brenda, maybe you too? Check is some error indicated.
