An unknown device or browser has been used to access My account

Hi, I received an email saying an unknown device accessed my account. I have changed my login info but unfortunately time has already passed. Could anyone please help me get more information on this as soon as possible? I'm quite concerned about info security.

I get this all the time, both with Upwork and other places.  I think it has to do with my ad blocker.  I wouldn't worry about it.

[Update] All seems fine, think the wrong region just picks up at times and sends the notification automatically. Thank you
