Yes. I'm getting that error message on many, but not all, projects today.

I am getting a message "You need to upgrade your membership to Agency Plus to apply on this job". Wondering if its a bug in the system

Many are getting the "upgrade" message....meaning HOW CAN WE MILK more money from the freelancer!!!!!!!!!!!!
