Please let me know why am I unable to apply for jobs? The Apply Now button was working fine an hour ago, but not anymore. I still have 60+ connects (if this information matters).

I have the same issue. I'm actually new to the platform and i signed up since on the 30th of April. I have done all necessary requirements. I also have 50 connects but i can't apply for jobs as the "Apply Button" isn't functioning.

Hi Joanne, to solve that gray apply now issue, do I have to wait until my profile is verified? I have just done following the caution above my profile and it turned out that the staffs have to do manually so I googled it and found out that I have to wait 3 days.

I took a closer look at your account and confirmed that your ID has been verified. You should now see the ID-verified badge on your profile. Also, the account has no restrictions, so you shouldn't have trouble submitting proposals to potential clients.
Let us know if you're still experiencing the same issue with the "Apply now" button; we'll gladly look into that for you.

I have the same issue. My profile is verified, I have enough connects and account is in good standing as well. I cannot click the apply button on my personal profile. I have created a ticket but it's been 5 days and I'm not getting any updates.

It could be a mistake if you have applied for that job before. The web will show a grey button.
It could be a problem with that job, that client.
Check out with other jobs.
