Archiving or Hiding Message Threads

Hi,

The FAQ says to hide or archive a conversation using the following instructions:

- In your Message Room, choose the Menu, then select Archive this room. To hide a room, choose Hide on the menu.

Note:

You can only archive Group Rooms. One-on-one, contract, and interview Message Rooms can't be archived, but they can be hidden.

These instructions did not work. There is no menu or option to archive or hide. How do I clean up my inbox, please? Thank you.

Hi Carlie,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty hiding a Message thread. Please note that you need to hover your cursor over the message you wish to hide then you'll see a three-dot menu button, then you can "hide" the thread.  Please see this screenshot for your reference.
