Asking me to buy connects. Although I have them in my account!

Hi,

When I submit a proposal in my Freelancer profile, it asks me to buy connects through my agency profile. Although, I have available connects! Why is this happening?

Hi Anand,

This is because you are an Exclusive Agency Member, which means you are only allowed to work as a member of the Agency. Check out this help article to learn how the Agency Owner can change your permissions.
