Bank Deposits Not Verified Yet

It's been a week since I gave my bank information and it still isn't verified.

Hi Ryan,

 

Yes they did. I'm responding to them to let them know there was still no deposits in my account. As requested, I deleted my account and added a new one. Hopefully, this will be rectified soon, as I am missing out on possible work.

Hi Joe,

 

You may also want to reach out to your issuing bank regarding the charges and if no amount had been charged yet to your account.

Hi Ryan,

 

I contacted my bank. They couldn't track anything and wanted to know the amount fo the deposits, which I told her I could not verify. Is there a way they can be contacted so this can get sorted out?

Joe, it looks like you've corrected some information when you re-added the account. Please, allow up to 5 days for the deposits to show and if they don't, reply directly to the open ticket you have with the team and they'll investigate further.
