I'm having an issue submitting the required documents for proof of my identity so my bank account info can be approved. I have reached out to Upwork staff through the "Get Help from Upwork" form in the Help and Support section of the website twice now over the past few weeks and have yet to receive a response. How long does it normally take for someone to get back?

I apologise if there is a delay but I can see that the bank verification is already in progress. I have personally followed up with the team regarding this, and will let you know if there is any update from their end.
