Please be a good client and if you do not intend to continue with your job offer or you did not get the right freelancer and do not want to continue looking, cancel your job offer, it is one of the few ways that the freelancer postings recover their connections and so they can have balance to apply for other projects.
I always keep track of the jobs posted, and this allows me to have my own metrics, but it really seems very unfair to me these clients, they post projects and seem to forget them, they do not interview anyone and review the offer only a couple of times or not at all, there are more than 50 freelancers applying and spending their conects in this type of postulations, and even clients who already have time on the platform, as well as encouraging the fulfillment of the TOCS and the responsibilities of freelancers, should encourage good practices to customers and for me to cancel a project that the client does not intend to consolidate with any freelancer.

Yes it would be nice for all clients and freelancers to act as professionals.
