Bugs in manual time adding tool ?

Since yesterday when i add some manual time, i cannot see the time added. but when i come back on the page the time is added but at another place ....in another day ! The total is correct but it is not at the right schedule.

It is a little bit annoying but not really serious but i am not sure that the tool works nice.

Anybody else who noticed that ?

I would just like to check if your are using your time zone, instead of UTC, when plugging in manual time on your Work Diary?

I have seen what you are talking about, and similar things... I don't know if I should call them "bugs" or "annoyances" or "inconsistencies."

The work diaries work for me to allow me to add manual time. I think the logging of time using the time-tracker is much less problematic and works more smoothly.

Logging manual time DOES work for me, as long as I'm patient and forgive some quirkiness about the tool. If I try to make changes or deletions, such actions are not always reflected instantly. I have to be careful about how and when I log time. On rare occasions, adding manually logged time doesn't seem to work, but if I'm patient I'll see the time eventually.

There's nothing so annoying or problematic that I would care to complain about it, but since you mentioned it, I thought I'd chime in and say I don't think you're imagining things.

Does manual time show correctly in your Work Diary and incorrectly in the weekly summary or it's showing incorrectly in both?

Both. 

And sometimes now when i enter hours it moves them at a time later in the day .

Exemple : it is 8 am i log mannualy one hour i did from 7 am to 8am....after save,  this hour is recorded at 5pm !

I agree we need to be patient as it works if we try many times or check it carefully but it is very annoying.

Could you please take screenshots of the Work Diary before and after saving the changes, and submit a support request in order for our team to take a look?

ok but now it is nearly impossible to log hours, i have to do it ten times to have something save ! It makes me crazy

I have to say that Upwork is really bad. There is no one to answer questions in a simple way though you charge 20% fees.

Could you please clarify what issue you are having? Are you also having troubles adding Manual time to your Work Diary?

I had this problem and the times I recorded over the weekend just disappeared. Look in your work diary. If the times aren't there, they aren't there, and you will need to call customer service to get help with billing.

This is not fun.

Hi Melissa,

Did you have issues adding your manual time this weekend? Sometimes there is a delay for the manual time to show in Timesheet and Overview reports, but it should show in the Work Diary right away.
