Hello Support,
I've had two invites from the same client. Both times we started a conversation, they indicated that they were interested and conducted a video meeting. After a short time they found a very flimsy pretense to criticise my work and ended the conversation by insulting me. I am being professionaly polite to them the whole time.
I'd like to prevent that client from sending me any invites in future, is that possible?
Thanks

While denying the invite, there is an option to block the future invites from the same client.

Yes. Option with rejecting. For next invite set checkbox denide then reject.

Thanks. I'd forgotten about that. I don't like to deny invites in case the algorithm counts that against me. I'd rather just not get the invite and then not have to deny it.
