Can not access account at all

My friend cannot login to her account, she sent an email and got a ticket but can not even check the ticket because she is also not able to reset her password. She gets this error and then back to reset the password.

She emailed and was told the account was not blocked. She got a ticket number but can not check on the ticket because she can not log in.

Please help. Thank you.
