Can't download invoice

Hello,

When clicking on my ref ID, I can see some info regarding the transaction details.

Altough the ''Download invoice'' button seems disabled.

How can I download this invoice?

You can download the invoices by clicking on the "Download CSV" button as well.

It looks like the CSV file doesn't show as many info as the ''download
invoice'' action.

Would you know how I can make the ''Download Invoice'' button active?

The reason why you can't download that invoice is that there *ARE* no invoices for withdrawals and never have been.

No, she can't.

"Download CSV" downloads the transaction history in spreadsheet form. It does not download any invoices.
