Can’t remove military status from profile

I have clicked no multiple times to change my status since I am not a military veteran. However, despite the app telling me it would be removed from my profile, it continues to show the box checked for being a military veteran when I have never served. Can someone help me remove this mistake from my profile so I don't seem to clients that I'm being facetious about serving in the the military? Thanks.

Could you please check and remove the Military Veteran badge from my profile as well? Despite the pop-up saying it is removed, it will not disappear.

Thank you for your prompt reply. 
I have clicked the + button and chose the appropriate option to turn it off on the pop up window; however, it doesn't seem to turn off in my profile as it still shows up as active. Could you please confirm for me please that it was indeed turned off?

Max, I checked and can confirm that you still have the Military Veteran status on your Upwork profile. However, it is not visible on the public profile view. 

Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser to turn it off. Feel free to message us if problems persist.

I can't change my Military veteran Status. Unfortunately, i active my veteran status but I've no Military veteran. Now i remove my Military Veteran status but i failed. Now, how do I do?

Same issue with me. 

It's showing "Mililtary Veteran" status when I have always been a civilian. 

Tried the + option but it DOESN'T apply the changes

I have "Military Veteran" status on my profile and can't remove it. Why can't I change that? I need help ASAP.

Thank you for sharing your concern. To clarify, are you trying to select "I did not serve in the military" in the Military Veteran Status of your profile? If so and it's not applying the changes, please try in incognito mode and/or another browser. Additionally, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, please share with us a screenshot of the error or issue so I can check this further.
