Can't see client's inbox

Hi, I'm a freelancer on Upwork and one of my clients is also an Upwork freelancer. They have invited me to a team which I joined but I cannot see their inbox messages with their clients (for ongoing projects and past ones). 
Can I have access to their messages as team member so I can help with their projects? 

(in terms of ToS).
