Can’t withdraw earnings even though they are not on the pending state anymore

My upwork balance should be 270,51 from November 15 and 823.83 from November 16. Makes 1094,34 in total. Those earnings are not pending anymore. However, my balance only stated the 823.83 from November 16 and my withdrawal was also just 823.83.

What’s with the 270.51 from November 15? Why are they not included in the balance? Any suggestions?

Fixed price? That is curious, because they both shouldn't be available yet for withdrawal since they should both be in the 5-day holding period.

Maybe I didn’t specify it clearly enough / they have passed the five day period, meaning I earned them at November 10 and 11. both show up on the get paid page, have left the state of pending, but the one from November 15 doesn’t show up in the balance.
