Can we use Zoom to have a meeting with a potential client?

I have a request from a potential client for a short meeting and it seems that it isn't set up in the site the way that it used to be when I last did it. It's via Loom. I don't have an account; I don't know if the client does, either. They requested Zoom, and that's what I usually use. May we use that?

Click on the phone icon at the top of your message thread it will give you an option to schedule or send a Zoom video link to your client through Upwork's Zoom feature.
