Claim for connects

Hi there,I haven't received free connects on interview with the client. I've over 3 interview & one success job but haven't got any free 10 connects per interview. Please let me know what's the issue there. Looking forward hearing from you. Have a great day.

Hi Shehryar,

I checked your Connects History and it looks like one you have been awarded 10 Connects already. It takes 24 hours for the Connects to be awarded to your account also. Could you please confirm the contract ID you're referring to so I can check?
