Client asking money

I have worked for ATR international company after submitting the project review and approved also but now they are asking for 2500 INR  to clear my balance please help to resolve the issue.

That sounds like a scam. Notify upwork immediately ask them to review their chat & your communication. You should have your agreed payment in your escrow, if not then it's totally your mistake to submit the work without any contract & payment in your escrow.

Under no circumstances should you submit payment to a client. There is no such thing as "clearing a balance" when working on a contract through Upwork.
