A client didnt deliver but somehow after a week or something the payment automatically goes to the freelancer and he lies about that he deliverd i can prove that he didnt what can i do

I am very sorry, but I do not understand what your concern is.
It is not Upwork's intention that clients "deliver."
Perhaps you are using some words in a way that I am unaccustomed to.
Could you please restate your question or concern using differential wording?

Clients have 14 days to review and authorize the payment by themselves or ask for a refund if they are not satisfied with the outcome. After 14 days, payments are released to the freelancers.
