Dear support,
I hope all is well! Today I accepted an hourly project, this is my first hourly contract with my client(I only have done fixed price project before). But the client hasn't sent the requirements to me yet so I couldn't start.
My questions:
1)I'm wondering should I start immediately after I accept the hourly project offer? (As I said, the client hasn't send me the requirements so I can't start, I'm still waiting)
2)Can I wait until the client send me the requirements? Is there any time limitation for waiting?
