Client is not releasing payment in the escrow {WORKDONE}

Hey Upwork, 

My client is not releasing payment after completing our first milestone as a sample video with 3 variations. The client ignores my messages even though the contract is funded and the amount is in the escrow. This client hasn't even been 1 month on Upwork.

Upwork has paused the contract and I don't know the reason for it. I haven't violated any of the Upwork terms and conditions. 

I request immediate action on this dispute or assure me of receiving my payment soon.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with this client. I checked the job you are referring to and I see that you have already submitted your work using the 'Submit work for payment' button on the contract. This will allow 14 days for the client to review and respond to your submission. If there is no action taken on the job, your funds will be automatically released to you after 14 days. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.
