My client raised my hourly rate and is been more than 24 hours but the rate is not updated on my contract and profile. Can anyone help with this?

I checked your currently active hourly contract and don't see any changes to its rate. I recommend that you discuss this with your client directly and confirm if they're experiencing any issues while making the change. If so, you can advise your client to contact support for assistance.
