Could you please provide a bit more details? If it's a fixed-price contract was the client able to fund a milestone and is unable to release the payment or there is a problem with funding? What kind of error does the client see?
I would suggest your client contacts our Customer Support, so they can help directly.
I have an open ticket in this regard, with the help center.
The milestone was funded earlier, but we later agreed to a price higher the funded amount. After the milestone was approved, the client needed add funds to pay for this particular milestone.
Provided his payment method is not declining your client can just set up another milestone for the difference or pay it as a bonus.
There is no point in you doing a ticket, support can not tell you anything about your client's account.
