Jamie is correct, you can't create another account. Having multiple accounts is a serious violation of Upwork's Terms of Service.

While you cannot create a new account, as Jaime said, I am curious why would you want to do that? 

If someone with low JSS, or low earrings asked such a question, I can relate to that. But you have almost half a million in earnings, a Top Rated Plus badge, and great feedback and ratings on your profile? Why would you even think of it?
