Close secondary account and switch primary account email to secondary email

Hello,

I need help with chanigng my email. I tried to change it to my other email but it's saying that there is already an account registered with it. I had closed it months ago, but I still am not able to switch

That is not allowed and a direct violation of Upwork's terms of service. You can't just close an account and create a new one. You'll likely have to close the new one and return to the old one.

Upwork do that to make it easier to catch people who violate the terms by creating new accounts....
