Hello,
I need help with chanigng my email. I tried to change it to my other email but it's saying that there is already an account registered with it. I had closed it months ago, but I still am not able to switch

That is not allowed and a direct violation of Upwork's terms of service. You can't just close an account and create a new one. You'll likely have to close the new one and return to the old one.
