Closing a job with 0 hours logged.

So I've got a client who's been unresponsive ever since hiring me. I am assuming it's something covid-19 related as it conincided with the outbreak. 

My question is, if i close a job with 0 hours logged, will that affect my JSS score or allow the client to leave feedback?

Yes, it will.

Never accept a contract unless you have what you need to complete the first milestone if fixed price or to log 10 minutes of time if hourly.

i guess i will leave it as is. if it leave it as is, will that also effecct my js score?

It'll probably affect your score once two months go by without any earnings, but if you have your top-rated "perk" available, you can ask to have the contract removed from your score calculation.
